Many audiences say that it has become very common now but all this is very wrong. Many allegations are also read in the news. But what is the matter behind it? According to the news agency PTI, actress Shilpa Shetty has been cleared in an obscenity case filed 14 years ago by a Mumbai court. Ms. Shetty was found to be the "victim" of a contentious kiss involving Hollywood star Richard Gere, according to the court.

Shilpa Shetty and Richard Gere were attending an AIDS awareness event in Rajasthan in 2007 when Mr. Gere repeatedly kissed her on the cheek. As a result, several complaints and protests were filed across the country. Shilpa Shetty was accused of not objecting when Richard Gere kissed her; the case was transferred from a Rajasthan court to Mumbai on the order of the Supreme Court.

According to PTI, Shilpa Shetty was released by a Mumbai court on January 18. "It appears that accused Shilpa Shetty is the victim of alleged act No. 1." (Richard Gere). In the court order, metropolitan magistrate Ketki Chavan wrote, "Not a single element of any of the alleged offenses is satisfied in the complaint." "By no means does this imply that she is a conspirator or perpetrator of any crime." The court order was made public on Monday.

Shilpa Shetty called the protests an overreaction, while Richard Gere, whose effigy was burned after the controversial kiss, later apologized for offending.

5.     Evan Rachel Wood accusing Rape:

Evan Rachel Wood, a Hollywood actress, has accused goth rocker Marilyn Manson of raping her on camera while filming a music video for his 2007 hit single 'Heart-Shaped Glasses.'

Wood made the allegations, which Manson denies, in 'Phoenix Rising,' an HBO documentary that premiered on Sunday at the Sundance Film Festival.

"We had talked about creating a simulated sex scene. But once the cameras were turned on, he began penetrating me for real "Wood stated.

"I would never have agreed to that."

Wood, a former child actress, began dating Manson, real name Brian Warner, in 2006, when she was 18 and he was 37.

Manson stated that seeing Wood wearing the glasses made him famous on the movie poster for Stanley Kubrick's 'Lolita' inspired 'Heart-Shaped Glasses.'

"I didn't know how to advocate for myself or say no because I had been conditioned and trained to never speak up, to just soldier through," said Wood, star of the HBO series "Westworld."

"I could tell the crew was nervous, and no one knew what to do. Under false pretenses, I was forced to perform a commercial sex act... I was essentially raped in front of the camera."

According to the documentary, Manson later pressured Wood to tell journalists that no actual sex occurred during the video's filming.

Wood's mother claims she overheard a crew member telling her that Manson was giving Wood absinthe "and whatever else," and that she was unable to consent when he went off-script.
