The seventh phase of Lok Sabha Elections 2024 saw voting in 13 Lok Sabha seats of Punjab and the sole seat of Chandigarh. The Lok Sabha Elections 2024 results will be announced on 4th June. In Ludhiana constituency voter turnout of 35.16 % was recorded by midday, i.e. 1 PM. Ludhiana central recorded the highest voter percentage at 37.43 % with Dakha following close at 37.42 %. This is likely because Ludhiana Central MLA Ashok Parashar Pappi is also the LS candidate. Lowest was recorded at Ludhiana South, 28.15%. Ludhiana south population mostly consists of migrant labour.

Ludhiana is seat which Congress is likely to be keeping an eye on, i.e. Ludhiana. Congress’s victory from Ludhiana is crucial as party President Amrinder Singh Raja Warring contested from this seat.
