Mamata Banerjee is allprepared to sworn in as the Chief Minister of West Bengal for the thirdconsecutive time on May 5. In the latest development, TMC has released theguest names invited to the ceremony.
The guest list features quiteinteresting yet surprising names as the Trinamool Congress (TMC) has notrefrained themselves to invite several opposition party leaders. The mostcatchy name in the list is Saurav Ganguly, former Indian Cricket Team captainand BCCI chief.
The politicians who wouldjoin Mamata’s oath-taking ceremony include names of Congress leader AdhirRanjan Choudhary, former CM Buddhadeb Bhattacharjee among others.
It may be noted here that onMay 2, Mamata Banerjee led TMC made a landslide victory in the AssemblyElections 2021 by winning 213 seats. Mamata Banerjee will take oath as CM at10:45 am on Wednesday at Raj Bhavan. Amidst the Covid crisis, the functionwould observe limited guests and will take place in compliance with theCovid-19 protocol.
