CongressInfighting Over Punjab Loss Refuses to die down. Now, Senior Congress Leaderand MP from Sri Anandpur Sahib Mr Manish Tiwari has sought some serious answersfrom the High Command.  He has put forwardsix questions and asked for their answers:

1. WasConstituting Khadge Committee a right step?

2. Wasgiving stewardship to Navjot Siddhu who joined Congress only in 2017 a rightstep?

3. Wasremoval of Captain Amrinder Singh a right step?

4. Whoseresponsible for the loss inflicted by Harish Rawat to the party in Punjab?

5. Who willtake responsibility of wrong distribution of tickets by Harish Chowdhery?

6. Is SunilJakhar responsible for a rift created among Hindus And Sikhs based on his statements?

It may benoted that Congress High Command constituted a committee headed by MalikarjunKhadge to take toll of the infighting in Punjab Congress which was allegedlyfuelled by Harish Rawat, the then Charge-de-affairs of the party in Punjab.Rawat made Siddhu PPCC President and that led to ouster of Captain Amrinder Singhas CM and refusal to appoint Jakhar as CM. Finally Charanjit Singh Channi wasappointed the Chief Minister and under his stewardship, Congress faces a debacleand was decimated to 18 seats down from 77 it won in 2017.

Since then,Navjot Sidhu has resigned from his post holding Channi solely responsible forthe debacle and Channi is keeping mum as defeat from both seats he fought fromas sitting CM has acted as a catalyst for him.
