Addressing the 81st episode of the monthly radio program "Mann Ki Baat", Prime Minister Narendra Modi hailed India's Yuva Shakti. Further, acknowledging World Rivers Day, which is observed on Sunday, PM Modi spoke significantly about the importance of rivers and the need for their cleanliness.
The radio program comes after the prime minister concluded his US official trip where he addressed the United Nations General Assembly, attended the QUAD summit and met US Vice President Kamala Harris and held bilateral meetings with President Joe Biden.
Applauding the youth of India, Narendra Modi said: "India's youth is giving emphasis to quality. Today's youth do not want to walk on the pre-decided road. They want to step into the unknown world. Their destination is new, their goal is new, their path is new and their desire is new."
Speaking of India's youth determination, PM Modi said that they work very hard to achieve that goal. India's youth work day and night on their goal to fulfil them, added Modi.
He also stated how India is creating new vaccination records around the world. “Team India is creating a daily record in the country's fight against Covid-19, especially on the vaccination front. I request those who are not yet vaccinated to take their shot. But we cannot let our guard down even after vaccination,” Prime Minister Modi said.
