Mission Shat Pratishat : Meeting of  school heads and mentors held in Amritsar

Education Secretary, Krishan Kumar, while presiding over the meeting of School heads, District Mentors and Block Mentors, members of Zila Sikhiya Sudhar team, at Government Sr. Secondary School (Girls), Mall Road, Amritsar, took stock of the progress of their efforts being put in to accomplish "Mission Shat Pratishat" in the ensuing Board examinations. 

The school heads showed their power point presentation regarding the data analysis of the progress report of the students on the basis of the house examinations and the micro planning being executed for the weak, average and meritorious students. They also shared the good practices being adopted by the teachers for achieving the desired goal.

Krishan Kumar exhorted them to properly analyse the performance of the students in the on-going pre-board examination and execute the micro planning prepared on its basis meticulously to bring in improvement in Board exam results both quantitatively as well as qualitatively. 

He asked them to mobilise the students and their parents to ensure students attendance in schools, participation as well as success in the ensuing examination amid proper adherence to the COVID precautions. He also motivated them to gear up for the "Each One, Bring One" drive. The all sections of the society should be made aware about the infrastructural as well as quality education facilities to enhance enrolment, he added. 

Salinder Singh, Assistant Director, SCERT, Satinderbir Singh, DEO(SE), Harbhagwant Singh, Rajesh Sharma( Deputy DEOs)  Kanwalpardeep Singh Kahlon, DIET principal, Chander Shekhar, Jasvir Singh, Dr. Harpal singh Bajak(SRPs), Rajesh Khanna, Incharge, Zila Sikhiya Sudhar Team, among others, also addressed the meeting.
