Mumbai police warns people of cyber crime in ‘Gehraiyaan’ style

This is not the first time Mumbai police used a Bollywood song to create awareness.

Ananya-Pandey Deepika-Padukone Siddhanth-Chaturvedi
Ananya Pandey, Deepika Padukone and Siddhanth Chaturvedi starrer movie Gehraiyaan released on Amazon Prime on February 11. Ever since its release, Gehraiyaan is getting mixed reviews, however, Bollywood actress Deepika Padukone's performance is getting praised from all around the corner. Mumbai police on Tuesday warned people on social media about cyber fraud in Gehraiyaan’s style.

The police department found an innovative way to create awareness. Sharing a post on Twitter, they wrote, “Haan doobey, haan doobey, haan doobey: Your money after you share your OTP. Be aware. Be cyber safe.”

'Doobey', a track picturised on actors Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi's whirlwind romance, written by Kausar Munir and sung by Lothika Jha, the sweet-flowing music of 'Doobey' is composed by OAFF and Savera and designed by Ankur Tewari.

Well, this is not the first time Mumbai police used a Bollywood song. Ananya Panday got so much impressed with their post that she shared it on her Instagram account.

Shots of the deep sea and its rolling waves form a subtle leitmotif in the film that reminds you of life's mysteries, innumerable choices, and the momentum of moving on. The movie can be said as a ‘One Woman Show’ as Deepika Padukone’s balanced, natural and nuanced acting is totally award-winning.
