Myntra has launched an offline fashion store offering self checkout in 30 seconds removing the need to scan individual products from each garment. The Bengaluru based fashion life store has opened the ‘Roadster Go’ at Vega city mall in Bengaluru. The company has recently shut down its retail out let, a Mango store in Mumbai and a Roadster store in Bengaluru due its loss-making functionality.

The store is 100 percent Radio frequency identification store with digital screens set up in 3200 sq feet enabling the customer to view the details of products when held up against it. It presents the information of the type of products, washing options, suitability to body type, available colors and sizes.

The store is all technically customized and entirely works with no staff, the accessibility of the store is yet to be measured in the time to come and no doubt it a remarkable step towards the modernized customers.

Amar Nagaram, head of Myntra, Jabong said “Roadster shown how fashion and technology can create unique experience that take offline shopping to a new level. Myntra is committed to strengthening its offline presence through a franchise model and offer new experiences to engage customers and make shopping fast and seamless through technology.”
