Nagpur, Maharashtra announces lockdown. Essential services affected?

So you thought lockdowns in India were a thing of the past? Well, no, as Nagpur has been compelled to implement lockdown for one week.

The state of Maharashtra has been shocked by the exceptional rise in COVID 19 cases.

So, lockdown has been announced for Nagpur. The dates for the same are from March 15,2021 to March 21, 2021 (both days inclusive).

Essential services will continue uninterrupted, while all other activities will not be allowed.

Nagpur Guardian Minister Nitin Raut said, "Complete lockdown to remain imposed in Nagpur City Police Commissionerate area from March 15 to March 21. Essential services will continue."
