Kashiff Khan is a senior executive of Fashion TV who reportedly organised a rave party on a Mumbai cruise ship on October 2. In the video posted by the NCP leader, Kashiff can be seen dancing on the cruise ship.

According to the Maharashtra Cabinet Minister, Kashiff was let off by NCB Zonal Director Sameer Wankhede since he is likely a friend of the officer.

Talking in a press briefing, Mr Malik stated, "Almost a month ago, a person (Kiran Gosavi) was involved in the arrest of innocent youth. Another person (Sameer Wankhede), who led the raid is now knocking on the court's doors, seeking that the matter probed by the Mumbai Police be transferred to the CBI or NIA."

"Now the situation has completely changed in a month," he added.

According to Mr Malik, the Mumbai Police have assured him that Mr Wankhede will be given three days' notice before being arrested.
