In a massive crackdown, the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) on Tuesday arrested late Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput's former manager Rishikesh Pawar. Pawar was on the run for the last several days. He was arrested early Tuesday after the bail plea from NDPS court was rejected. Pawar did not appear before the Central Investigation Agency even after summons several times.
A few months ago, Pawar was named by a drug peddler who was arrested by the NCB. Sushant's staff Dipesh Sawant had also named Rishikesh in his statement and alleged that he used to supply drugs to Sushant. Pawar had worked with Sushant for a while, but it is alleged that even after leaving the actor, he used to meet him for the supply of drugs.
Sushant Singh Rajput was found dead at his Bandra residence under mysterious circumstances. India's three premier investigative agencies (CBI, ED, and NCB) has been probing the Sushant Singh Rajput's case, however, no closure has been filed by any agency till now.

Sushant's girlfriend Rhea Chakraborty had to stay in jail for a month after the drug angle surfaced in this case. Rhea's brother also remained behind bars for 3 months. After this, a big racket of drugs was revealed in Bollywood and the NCB is continuously probing the case to nab the drug lord of Bollywood.
