After the announcements of the JEE Mains 2021 dates, theNEET Aspirants were really eager to know the date of the NEET exam and some alsoraised the #PostponeNEETUGtillOctober and #ModijiPostponeNEETUG.
So to break the ice, the newly elected Education MinisterDharmendra Pradhan, announced the date for the medical entrance exam i.e. to beheld on September 12, 2021. And the registration for the same will commencetoday i.e. July 13, 2021, and the registration link will be from 5 pm onwards.
The NEET Aspirants can apply online through the officialsite of NTA NEET on ntaneet.nic.in. The Education Minister said that all theCovid restrictions will be followed. He told, "To ensure socialdistancing, the number of cities where the examination will be conducted hasbeen increased from 155 to 198. The number of examination centres will also beincreased from 3,862 centres used in 2020."
The National Testing Agency, NTA will conduct the NEET examin 198 cities and the number of exam centres will also be increased from 3862exam centres used in 2020. The EducationMinister added that face masks will be provided to all the applicants at thecentre itself and the candidates will be allowed entry to the exam in astaggered manner.
Some students wish to have more chances to attempt themedical entrance exam but the NEET-UG exam will be conducted only once.
