"Tell Amitabh Bachchan to speak on Kangana and Sushant": Netizens slam Jaya Bachchan for defending Bollywood

Bollywood veteran actress and Samajwadi Party leader Jaya Bachchan on Tuesday slammed people and celebrities defaming the Indian entertainment industry i.e. Bollywood after the death of Sushant Singh Rajput. Jaya gave a Zero Hour notice to discuss the issue of the film industry being defamed.

In a veiled attack on Kangana Ranaut Jaya said that people who have made their names in the film industry have called it a gutter. I completely disagree and disassociate from it and I hope the government tells these who have made their earning, name, and fame in the industry to stop using such language. There are people in the industry who are some highest taxpayers, they are still being harassed, all kinds of promises are being made to the film industry that has never been kept.   

Jaya's remarks come after BJP MP and actor Ravi Kishan on Monday in Lok Sabha raised the issue of drugs and its connection in the film industry that is ultimately ruining the youths of India. 

After Jaya's speech, people on social media started Jaya Bachchan and demanded Amitabh Bachchan to break his silence on the ongoing issue.
