Noida engineer dies by heart attack on pitch while taking run during cricket match; Video Viral

In a horrific development, a man died due to a heart attack when he was playing cricket in Uttar Pradesh's Noida. The 36-year-old man collapsed on the pitch when he was trying to take a run during the cricket match. A camera on the ground captured the incident, showing the man collapsing in between the game. The deceased has been identified as Vikas Negi (36), an engineer. Now, the Noida Engineer heart-attack video is doing rounds on social media with netizens in shock over the incident. 

 

The viral Vikas Negi video, showcased the man running towards the other side of the pitch to take a run and collapsing midway, prompting others on the field to rush towards him. After Vikas Negi collapsed on the pitch, he was immediately taken to a nearby hospital where he was declared dead on arrival by doctors. Thereafter, the police took his body for post-mortem and reports have ruled heart attack as the cause of death.

 

According to a preliminary investigation, Vikas Negi was a victim of COVID but was healthy. To keep himself fit, Negi would often play cricket in Noida and Delhi. Reacting to Noida cricket man heart attack viral video, a user wrote, "This is terrible!" Another user wrote, "Corona has affected our hearts badly, can't take more exertion these days."
