
The district administration is all set to start registration forCovid-19 vaccine jab going to be started at all 33 sewa kendras in the districtfrom March 4, 2021 to facilitates senior citizens and persons withco-mordities, said Deputy Commissioner Ghanshyam Thori.
Divulging more, the deputy commissioner said that the registrationfacility would be provided at the Sewa Kendras at the facilitation charges ofRs. 30. He further added that beneficiaries need to bring their Aadharcard, mobile phone along with them and a medical certificate in case of havingco-morbidities.
He said that people above the age of 60 years and people aged45 and above with co-morbidities is eligible for the vaccination during thethird phase of the drive adding they can book for the inoculation at the all 33Sewa Kendras across district.
The deputy commissioner said that the vaccination registration atsewa kendra is an OTP based system, where password would be sent onbeneficiaries’ mobile number, so all eligible beneficiaries must carey theirmobiles while visiting Sewa Kendras.The beneficiaries would receive all thenecessary information regarding their vaccination on their registered mobilenumber, added. The DC further urged all the eligible beneficiaries to comeforward for the vaccination as it can protect them from the ill-effects of theinfection.
