FSN E-commerce Ventures-owned beauty and wellness product online marketplace Nykaa initial public offering (IPO) was subscribed 82 times on the last of the subscription on November 1, 2021.
The Rs 5,352 crore IPO received bids for 2,16,59,47,080 shares against 2,64,85,479 shares on offer, according to data available with the NSE.

Step 2- Choose ‘FSN E-Commerce Ventures Ltd' from the drop-down list
Step 3- Select one of the 3 modes — application number, client ID or PAN ID
Step4- In application type, choose between ASBA and non-ASBA
Step 5- Then, submit details of the mode you chose earlier
Step 6- Fill Captcha and click ‘submit'
The IPO by Paytm comprises issuance of fresh equity shares worth Rs 8,300 crore and Offer for Sale (OFS) by existing shareholders to the tune of Rs 10,000 crore.

The IPO opened for subscription on October 28 and ended on November 1, with a price band of ₹1,085 to ₹1,125. The lot size was 12 shares, taking the total offering to ₹13,500 at upper price band.
Seventeen investors sold 4.3 crore equity shares
as part of its IPO.
Nykaa raised ₹2,396 crore from anchor investors on October 27. The Government
of Singapore, Goldman Sachs, JP Morgan, Fidelity Investment Fund, and others
also participated in the round.
