The dinner menu always seems boring because of fewer choices. But it’s good to try something that is new and nutritious. So for a change, if you want to try which is easy to cook, less time-consuming and also delicious then for the sure you should try this exciting recipe of oats which is known as ‘Oats Roll’ by Chef Vineet Bhatia.

Here are the ingredients and directions to cook for this special recipe 

INGREDIENTS

Oats 1 cup 

Milk 2 cups 

Yeast  1 teaspoon 

Water 1 cup 

Sugar 1 tablespoon

Salt 1 tablespoon

Flour 2 cups 

Butter for greasing

DIRECTIONS TO COOK

In a bowl mix a pinch of yeast and sugar in water and put it aside for 10 minutes.

In another bowl add warm milk, quick oats, honey, salt, and water. Mix and keep it aside for few minutes 

Now add flour into the mixture of yeast and water and then add milk and oats mixture to form a soft and sticky dough

Put the dough in a greased bowl and cover it for around 45 minutes.

After 45 minutes deflate the dough and make small dough balls

Grease the baking tin and place small dough balls on it 

Cover it and rest it for 10 minutes 

After 10 minutes, uncover it and milk wash and sprinkle some oats on it 

Bake it in the pre-heated oven at 180 degree Celsius for 25 minutes 

Your eggless, nutritious Oats Roll are ready. Enjoy this super delicious recipe and serve it as you like.
