While the people of Punjab were still moving on from the Marinda sacrilege incident, another sacrilege (Beadbi) incident jolted the 'State of five rivers'. The latest incident took place in Patiala when a man entered Rajpura's Dukhniwaran Sahib Gurdwara without covering his head and shoes on and tried to commit the desecration of the holy book. At first, the man entered the premises of the Rajpura's Dukhniwaran Sahib Gurdwara bare-headed with shoes on, and seeing this, the people present nearby stopped him and he was sent outside the Gurudwara. However, he again entered the Gurudwara following which he got involved in a physical fight with the devotees who were enraged by his act. Notably, a few days back a woman was shot dead for drinking liquor at Dukhniwaran Sahib Gurdwara complex.

Notably, a CCTV of the Dukhniwaran Sahib Gurdwara is also going viral in which the man can be seen bare-headed with his shoes on. It is pertinent to mention here that True Scoop News has decided not to share the video in its content as the matter is sensitive and being a responsible news organization it condemns the sacrilege incident which took place in Patiala.

As per reports, the man was handed over to the Police by the people present and the Sevadars of the Gurudwara, following which he was arrested. As per the initial investigation, it has been reported that the man is from Rajpura and he is a regular visitor of the Gurudwara. The man has been identified as Sahil. The Police have launched an investigation and are trying to know the modus operandi of the man who entered the Gurudwara bare-headed with his shoes on.
