In the latest development, firing took place late at night in Phagwara city of Punjab. The incident took place on 26th January 2023 when two bike-borne miscreants opened fire at a money changer. After the late night attack, Police have initiated the investigation.
Reportedly, the incident took place late at night. Victim works as a money changer as well as the owner of a grocery shop. While he was closing the shop, 2 miscreants came riding on bike and opened fire at him. The reason for the firing is not known till now. The victim has been identified as Sanjay Sachdeva who owns a shop in Mohalla Palahi Gate area. He was then admitted to the nearest civil hospital.
Police on receiving the information initiated the investigation and the search operation for miscreants is underway.
