Prana Pratishtha Utsav: Documents you must carry for Ayodhya Ram Temple entry apart from the invitation card

With only three days to go for the Prana Pratishtha event, the people of India and the world are all braced to witness history in the making. PM Modi will participate in the holy Prana Pratishtha Utsav of Ramlalla temple in Ayodhya on January 22, 2024. India's elite celebrities from almost all fraternities including Virat Kohli, MS Dhoni, Amitabh Bachchan, and more will attend the Prana Pratishtha Utsav on January 22. The UP Government is expecting that lakhs of people will visit to the Ayodhya Ram Temple to witness the historic Prana Pratishtha Utsav and PM Modi's speech. While devotees are advised not to come to Ram Temple on January 22 due to security measures, Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra on Friday shared documents that everyone must carry to get entry into the Ram Temple on January 22, 2024. 

 

Taking to its official X handle, Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Teerth Kshetra stated that entry will only be given to those carrying passes. It also pointed out that Prana Pratishtha Utsav Passes has QR Code in it and entry will be given after authorities scan it. "Information for dignitaries invited in Prana Pratishtha Utsav: Entry into Pran Pratishtha Utsav of Bhagwan Shri Ramlalla Sarkar can only be allowed after scanning the QR code mentioned on the entry pass issued by Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Tirth Kshetra. The invitation card alone doesn't guarantee entry in the utsav. A copy of the entry pass is attached here."

 

Ayodhya Pran Pratistha Utsav

 

On January 22, PM Modi will perform the puja for the "Pran Pratistha'. A team of priests led by Lakshmikant Dixit will perform the main rituals of the Pran Prathistha. For the unversed, 'Pran Pratistha' means imbibing the idol with divine consciousness and is a must for every idol that is worshipped in a temple. The auspicious time for it is 12.30 pm on January 22. 

 

On January 18, 2024, PM Modi released commemorative postage stamps on Ayodhya's Ram Temple and a book with stamps dedicated to Lord Ram from around the world. "Today, I got the opportunity to attend another event organised by Shri Ram Mandir Pran Pratishtha Abhiyan. Today, 6 Commemorative Postage Stamps on Shri Ram Janmbhoomi Mandir and an album of stamps issued on Lord Ram around the world have been released. I want to congratulate the people of the country and all Ram Bhakts across the world," PM Modi was quoted saying.
