Since the recent Pahalgam terror attack, people have been transferring between Pakistan and India, and the borders are witnessing various emotional scenes as parents are being separated from their children, and one partner has to leave the other partner to go back to their original home country.
A recent story of Rowa, a Pakistani lady, has come into the limelight as she leaves her husband and little children in India. According to the reports, Rowa married Indian resident Mohammad Taleem, after which she shifted to India. But now, after orders from the Indian government, she is going to Pakistan.
As per reports, Rowa is pregnant and desperately wants to stay with her children and family, but unfortunately, she has to leave everything behind.
While leaving her family, Rowa broke down in tears at the Attari Border and questioned the governments of both countries.
Her mother’s anguished cries echoed, “How can a mother be separated from her child?” The little girl struggled to reach her mother’s arms, but bureaucratic barriers stood in the way of their bond.
Rowa’s relatives have appealed to both governments, "Separating a mother from her child is inhumane. This is not just about a visa — it’s a test of humanity."
Now, the crucial question is whether normal citizens would pay the price for the terror attack. This is not the only story - many people have lost their loved ones to borders because of this recent crisis.
