Election campaigning is in full swing in Punjab. The voting is scheduled on February 20 in the state to elect the 117 members of the 16th Assembly of the Punjab Legislative Assembly. The votes will be counted and the results will be declared on 10 March 2022.
Apart from him, BJP leader, Sarbjit Singh Makkar, has a chance of getting nearly 21.9 percent votes in the coming elections. Talking about other candidates, Surinder Singh Sodhi from AAP is likely to get 3.5 percent, Jagbir Brar from SAD to get 1.5 percent and Jaswinder Singh Sangha from SKM to get 1.1 percent votes.
