Police started an investigation on Friday after a lady handed a police officer stationed at Union Minister of State for Commerce and Industry, Som Parkash's Mohali Sector 71 residence a suspicious letter. Near his home, a map was discovered, in which his entire house blueprint has been created. Also specified is the location of his security. This map was discovered in the park close to the residence.
Som Parkash, Union Minister of state for Commerce and Industry, owns a home in Mohali's Sector 71. A woman named Beant Kaur delivered a map to his security guard. Beant Kaur told the police that she lived in Fazilka. She is staying near the minister's house as a paying guest.

The DGP of the Punjab Police was informed right away by the Union Minister. After which its investigation has been started. According to Union Minister Som Parkash, a woman gave her security personnel this map. He has disclosed all information to the police.
