
Krishan Kumar, Secretary, Punjab School EducationDepartment has issued new guidelines for the preparation of students for theNational Achievement Survey (NAS). The examination is being conducted onNovember 12, 2021.
Disclosing this here today a spokesperson of the Punjabeducation department said that teachers have been asked to create a questionbank for better performance in the field of education.
In this regard ‘ParhoPunjab Paraho Punjab’ teams have also been directed to assist the teachers. Theseteams have been asked to compile the questions at the district level.
According to the spokesperson, the teachers have beendirected to prepare maximum number of questions papers and send theseassessment papers to the students both online and offline so that all studentscan be properly prepared for the NAS.
The teachers have been asked to followthe instructions of Covid-19 during the preparation of students, besideensuring the attendance of students in the assessment examination.
According to the spokesperson, the basis of the NationalAchievement Survey is learning outcomes. The questions in this exam do not comedirectly from the the books but from the concept of syllabus. This practiceimproves the level of education of the students.
