Raj Kundra PORN Case: Actress Sherlyn Chopra's explosive accusation against Shilpa Shetty’s husband, said, ‘he kissed me despite my protest’

Sherlyn Chopra, a model and actress, has made severe charges of 'sexual misconduct' against businessman Raj Kundra, who was sentenced to 14 days in jail in the pornography case.

On Monday, Mumbai Crime Branch called Sherlyn Chopra to give a statement in the case. In her lawsuit, she claimed that Raj Kundra called her business manager regarding a proposition in 2019, according to a report in the famous news channel. Sherlyn stated that Raj Kundra came to her residence without prior notice after the business meeting on March 27, 2019.

According to the story, he arrived at her home after an argument over a text message.

Raj Kundra allegedly began kissing Sherlyn despite her protests, according to Sherlyn's lawsuit. According to a report, the actress stated that she did not want to be connected with a married man or mix business and pleasure.

Raj Kundra informed Sherlyn that his relationship with actress-wife Shilpa Shetty was complicated, and he was stressed at home, according to Sherlyn. Sherlyn claimed she 'pushed' him away and fled to the restroom because she was terrified.

Raj Kundra was charged with sexual assault by Sherlyn Chopra in April 2021. He was charged with violating sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code, as well as sections 384, 415, 420, 504 and 506, 354 (a) (b) (d), 509 of the Indian Penal Code, 67, 67 (A) of the Information Technology Act 2008, and sec 3 and 4 of the Indecent Representation of Women Act 1986.

Sherlyn Chopra made a video statement about Raj Kundra's pornographic films case after Kundra's arrest. She said that she was the first person to reach the Maharashtra cyber cell and provide her statement.

Sherlyn said in the video statement that she was the one who alerted the Maharashtra cyber unit about Armsprime, the company related to Raj Kundra in the porn app case.

At least 11 persons have been arrested in the investigation, including Raj Kundra, for their involvement in a case involving the creation of pornography.

IPC Sections 420 (cheating), 34 (common intention), 292 and 293 (obscene and indecent advertisements and displays), as well as relevant sections of the IT Act and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act, were used to charge Kundra.
