Sushant Singh Rajput's case has induced a new change in the Bollywood industry. It has forced the celebrities to respond to the speculative story which generally floats around. Recently, it was reported that Bollywood actor Rajkumar Rao refused to work with Bollywood ace actor Ranveer Singh in Rohit Shetty's upcoming project 'Cirkus'.
Going by the digital portal reports, Ranveer Singh was the obvious choice for the male lead, but for the second male lead, the makers had approached Rajkummar Rao. However, given his rising popularity and the fact that he is getting good films and deals that feature him in the lead, Rajkummar turned down the role.
Now, Rajkumar Rao has finally responded to the reports. Rao took to Twitter and wrote, "Hi guys, there is some misunderstanding because I have no idea about Cirkus as it was never offered to me. I have no idea where this news came from. I would love to work with Rohit sir whenever there is an exciting opportunity. Peace out."
Cirkus is said to be a film based on the classic play ‘Comedy of Errors’.
