The construction of the most-awaited dream house of Bollywood couple Ranbir Kapoor and Alia Bhatt is soon to be completed. The six-story bungalow is usually supervised - by Alia, Ranbir, and Neetu Kapoor - who were captured by paps and consumed by the audience. Now, it seems like the house is ready to host another generation of Kapoors.
Notably, the house belonged to Ranbir Kapoor’s grandparents, Raj Kapoor and Krishna Kapoor, and now it has been passed on to the actor and his wife Alia - who has named the house after their daughter’s name, “Raha.”
Recently, a video of the fully constructed house went viral on social media, which showed that the six-story bungalow had been painted with shades of grey, and the balconies were beautifully and aesthetically decorated with plants, making it green, lush, and eye-pleasing.
It is to be mentioned that the construction of this new dream house of Kapoor has been ongoing for years, and during that time, the couple has been residing in their Vastu apartment in Pali Hill, where they also tied the knot in 2022.
The estimated cost of this newly constructed bungalow is around Rs 250 crore and is counted as an important part of Kapoor’s legacy. Raj Kapoor and Krishna Raj Kapoor passed on this house to Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Kapoor, who registered it in the name of their Daughter Rhea Kapoor, and now this house belongs to Ranbir Kapoor and Alia.
Expectedly, the couple will be moving to their new house within a month. During this matter, a reporter of Hindustan Times quoted a source saying, “The work on the bungalow is almost complete. Just finishing is going on, which will be completed in a month. After this, the couple will shift here. The family was waiting for this moment for a long time.”
