In one most talked carrier switch, former Australian supercar racer and now an adult movie star Renee Gracie has become an internet sensation now. With the millennials trying to find the link of her adult video to following her on every social media platform, Renee is enjoying her success.
The sort of financial impact this career switch brought in her life can be understood with the fact that just 6 days after joining the adult industry, she had made USD 24,000 which roughly translates to a little over INR 18 lakh.
Renee made her professional racing debut in 2015 as she became the first full-time woman participant in the Supercars Dunlop Series in 14 years. Yet, the career in motorsports didn't bring her the financial satisfaction or success she aspired.
A few years into the profession, she took the brave call of quitting it and went into the adult entertainment industry, that too with the full support of her family.
When it comes to money, the flow of income has been such that Renee went on to pay for a 30-year loan in just 12 months.
“I have been able to pay for a house. I have a 30-year loan that I am about to pay off in 12 months," she revealed in an interview with the Daily Telegraph.
About the prospects of joining Supercars again, the 25-year-old has given it a complete no-no.
“I got over it (racing) and realised I wasn’t good enough and moved on,” she added. “I have no interest in going back. Racing cars in my eyes is not the pinnacle of what I have done. What I am doing right now, I would rather do than race around Bathurst.”
“I knew things would be leaked, I knew it would be controversial, I knew all of that. I did all the research and made the decision to do it,” she added.
Speaking of the money she makes in the business, Renee revealed that just 6 days into the industry she had made USD 24,000. She also revealed that her monthly income has gone up from $64,750 to a whopping $90,650.
“In my first six days I made 24,000 US and that is when I realised I could really do something with this,” Gracie revealed.
