In the video, it can be seen the Ukrainian father hugging his crying daughter and bidding her farewell as he stays back to fight the invading Russian forces. As per reports, the father decided to bid farewell to his daughter to keep her out of danger from the war-like situation.

President Volodymyr Zelensky bans men aged 18-60 from leaving Ukraine

Coming back to the Russia-Ukraine conflict, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky on Thursday signed a decree on the general mobilisation of the population. This comes after Putin's decision to invade Ukraine. As the decree has been signed by Zelensky, all men aged 18-60 are forbidden to leave the country. An entry on the Ukrainian President's website stated that conscripts and reservists will be called up over the next 90 days to "ensure the defence of the state, maintaining combat and mobilization readiness." Earlier, Zelensky had called out all the citizens who can hold a weapon to come out and fight for Ukraine against Russia's invasion. 

Russia to send a delegation to Kyiv for dialogue after forces enter Ukraine's capital

Meanwhile, in the latest development, Russian President Vladimir Putin is ready to send a delegation for talks with Kyiv, state-run media Sputnik reported. Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov has said that a Russian diplomatic delegation, including foreign ministry, defence and admin officials, could be sent to Minsk.
