Salman Khan gets bitten by snake at Panvel farmhouse, click to know latest health update

Bollywood actor Salman Khan was bitten by a non-venomous snake and was rushed to the hospital. The actor has been discharged from the hospital after an anti-venomous dose.

Bollywood megastar Salman Khan was bitten by a non-venomous snake in the wee hours of Sunday (December 26), he was immediately rushed to the Kamothe hospital in Mumbai. The incident reportedly took place at Panvel farmhouse which is named after his sister Arpita’s name. He has been discharged from the hospital after getting an anti-venomous jab. 

Salman Khan, who will celebrate his birthday tomorrow (December 27), is currently at his farmhouse. The place has been surrounded by immense foliage, flora and fauna with several birds and animals. According to the source, closely associated with Salman, the actor was chilling and interacted with his friends and family when the incident happened. 


The news website, IndiaToday, quoted the source saying, “This happened on Saturday night when he was sitting and speaking to his friends. He felt a sudden sting in his arm and jerked it around. That’s when his friend saw the snake and they immediately panicked and yelled for help”. 

“Salman has seen many snakes in and around this farm. He has always asked his caretakers to be extra careful. This was the first time he had a snake bite,” the source continued. 

He further said that the actor was kept under observation by the hospital for six to seven hours, was later discharged and is doing fine. 


On the work front, the actor will be seen with Katrina Kaif in “Tiger 3” and has already shot a cameo role for SRK’s upcoming “Pathan”. In 2022, he will also be seen in “Kick 2,” with Jacqueline Fernandez and “Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali,” with Pooja Hedge. Aamir Khan’s upcoming film, Lal Singh Chadha will also feature Salman, as a cameo. 

The actor was last seen in “Antim: The Final Truth”.
