'Netflix 'X', Indian Politics 'yes''; well this is what social media has been buzzing about ever since the Lok Sabha Elections Results 2024 was announced on Tuesday. In the Lok Sabha Election Results 2024, the BJP-led NDA bagged 294 seats out of 543 crossing the magical figure of 272 needed to form the government. The Congress-led INDIA alliance also performed relatively well winning 234 seats, 38 less than the majority mark. The Lok Sabha Election Results 2024 turned out to be a disaster for the BJP as the saffron could not reach the majority mark, leaving alone the 'Abki Baar 400 Paar' clarion call of PM Modi. As a result, the BJP called an urgent meeting of the NDA alliance in New Delhi on Wednesday, while the Congress called the INDIA bloc's meeting in the National Capital. There are murmurs that the opposition alliance is trying to woo Bihar CM Nitish Kumar and other winning independent candidates so that it can stop Narendra Modi from returning to power. To woo the Bihar CM, INDIA bloc has reportedly offered the Deputy PM post to him.

Meanwhile, Bihar CM Nitish Kumar on Wednesday reached New Delhi to attend the NDA meeting and possibly extend his letter of support to Prime Minister Narendra Modi. After landing in New Delhi, Nitish Kumar was surrounded by media personnel. The Bihar CM was asked by everyone whether he will extend his support to the BJP or he will rejoin the INDIA alliance. On this, Nitish Kumar dropped a cryptic comment saying, "Sarkar toh ab banegi hi (Government will form)." However, Nitish Kumar did not mention whose government will be formed- NDA or INDIA bloc. Although Nitish Kumar and Tejashwi traveled to Delhi together, they did not exit together.

It is pertinent to mention here the Bihar CM boarded the same flight on which RJD leader Tejashwi Yadav was traveling. A video is going viral on social media in which Tejashwi and Nitish can be seen sitting near each other on the flight. When asked about his reaction to the poll result, Nitish Kumar said, "Aap Sabko Naman." On the other hand, Tejashwi looked calm and said, "I will say nothing and everything will be revealed in due course of time."

The Nitish Kumar Puzzle for BJP

In order to break PM Modi's hattrick, reports suggest that the INDIA block has offered the Deputy PM's post to JDU Supremo Nitish Kumar. A news portal quoted a source in the known development that the INDIA bloc has approached TDP and JDU as well. The source added that Nitish Kumar has been offered a Deputy PM post. Notably, Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut has already endorsed Rahul Gandhi's name as the PM face of the INDIA bloc.

Interestingly, on Monday, PM Modi and Amit Shah held private meeting with Bihar CM Nitish Kumar in New Delhi. While the counting for the Lok Sabha Elections 2024 was going on, PM Modi dialed Chandrababu Naidu. Thereafter it was reported that Chandrababu Naidu will be Andhra Pradesh's new Chief Minister. Indications are quite clear, BJP is trying hard that INDIA bloc does not break its NDA alliance. However, seeing Nitish Kumar's flip-flop history nothing can said until or unless Narendra Modi takes oath as PM of India for the third time.
