Last night, thieves stormed the recently opened Second Hand Hub of Impel Infosys, located on Main Road near the railway gate of Gadha Road in Jalandhar city.
Taking advantage of the fog, the thieves uprooted the shutter along with the locks and also smashed the rear glass door. The CCTV installed outside the showroom was uprooted and the siren installed inside was also broken and the light connection was also cut.
Looking at the stolen goods, it is known that the thieves used to have complete information about the laptop because only the expensive touch models have been sorted and taken away.
There is a possibility of a loss of about ten to twelve lakh rupees. It's been the fourth time theft repeated.
Sho Paramdeep Singh of Baradari police station, who reached the spot, says that the forensic team has been called, the thieves will be caught soon after completing the investigation.
