In the murder case of Sidhu Moosewala, Punjabi singer Mankirt Aulakh is given the clean chit by the Punjab Police. In the investigation of Punjab Police, Mankirt Aulakh did not find any role in this murder. Gangster Davinder Bambiha’s gang claimed that Aulakh was behind the murder of Moosewala.

The Bambiha gang said that Mankirt Aulakh gives information about all Punjabi singers to the Lawrence gang. He collects money from the singers and gives it to the Lawrence gang. Aulakh's identity did not surface during our probe, according to Anti-Gangster Task Force (AGTF) ADGP Pramod Ban. Additionally, he denied interrogating Aulakh.

Mankirt Aulakh is considered to be close to Vicky Middukheda, who was murdered in Mohali in May last year. Many photos of him with gangster Lawrence went viral as well. Aulakh's old photo post went viral as well, in which he referred to gangster Lawrence as his brother and friend. This image was taken at the Ropar Jail show. Vicky Middukheda sponsored the event.
