Spicejet Passenger caught taking obscene photos of Air hostess on Delhi to Mumbai flight; NCW issue notice

As per Manvi (Vlogger), the elderly passenger also took questionable video of the Spicejet air hostess secretly, however, she was sitting near him and therefore she alarmed the female attendant.

In a shameful act, an elderly passenger was caught taking obscene pictures of an Air hostess on a Delhi to Mumbai Spircejet flight on Wednesday afternoon. A vlogger named Manvi shot the entire act and exposed the elderly citizen who clicked pictures of Spicejet Airhostess. As per Manvi, the elderly passenger also took questionable video of the Spicejet air hostess without consent secretly, however, she was sitting near him and therefore she alarmed the female attendants against the 'shameful' person. Now, Spicejet Airhostess video has been doing rounds on social media and netizens are fuming over the incident. Notably, Spicejet uncle air hostess video also came under the attention of National Commission of Women Chairperson Swati Maliwal who issued a notice of alleged sexual harassment of a flight attendant by a passenger on the flight.

In the viral Spicejet uncle passenger video, it can be seen Manvi addressing the issue on her Vlog saying, "Flight number 157 Spicejet. Our seats were A, B, and C. On C there was an elderly man sitting who committed a shameful act. When the flight attendant was serving him then he was trying to secretly film a video of her underpants. After seeing this, I notified the attendant. Then, the attendant said that she too felt that he was trying to click her pictures. When his phone was checked then the obscene pictures and videos of the attendant's underpants were found. In fact, my video was also there on his phone. See the video of what happened next when he was exposed."

Notably, the video then moves to the incident inside the flight. Other flight attendants can be seen telling the man to sit down to his allotted seat and the security is coming to deal with it. The female flight attendant can be asking Manvi to shoot the elderly man. To which Manvi replies, "Yes, I am going to expose him completely." The flight attendant angrily says, "His mother and daughter should know of what he has been doing."

It is pertinent to mention here that NCW took cognizance into the matter and issued a notice of alleged sexual harassment of a flight attendant by a passenger on the flight. As per the details shared on social media, the passenger attempted to click obscene pictures of a female cabin crew member and a co-passenger while they were on a flight from Delhi to Mumbai. Sharing details on the same, DCW chief Swati Maliwal posted on X (Twitter) that the notices regarding the incident have been issued to Delhi Police and the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA). DCW chief Swati Maliwal tweeted, "In a flight from Delhi to Mumbai, a passenger secretly took videos and objectionable photos of the flight attendant and other women. A video about this is going viral on Instagram. This is a very serious matter, taking cognizance they are issuing notices to the police and DGCA."

A journalist shared the viral video on X with the caption saying, "Manvi was travelling in a @flyspicejet flight when she caught an uncle sitting next to her taking photos & videos of underpants, legs of a crew who was serving him(sic) She raised alarm & when his phone was checked, it was shocking SUCH DISGUSTING ACTS SHOULD BE CALLED OUT"
