Bihar vs Maharashtra in Sushant’s case?

Bihar government recommends CBI inquiry; DGP says Mumbai police has been uncooperative

Sushant-Singh-Rajput Bihar Mumbai

The government of Bihar has now recommended the Sushant Singh Rajput case to the CBI. Speaking on the matter, Bihar CM, Nitish Kumar said- "I had spoken to KK Singh (Sushant's father) this morning and he requested me to recommend his son's case to the CBI. I had previously stated that we will be supporting the family and if they demand a CBI inquiry, we will recommend it to them. I have already initiated the process"
On the other hand matters started heating up after Bihar DGP Gupteshwar Pandey said- "Vinay Kumar, our SP was forcibly quarantined. The officers who arrived in Mumbai before him travelled by air as well so why was it that only Vinay Kumar was quarantined? If the Maharashtra government is so proud of its police then could it kindly tell us what it has done so far? It's been more than 50 days since Sushant's demise yet the Mumbai police haven't reached a breakthrough yet."
Pandey also claims that the Mumbai police has treated Vinay Kumar as though he was a criminal moreover, the other four police officers have gone into hiding, fearing the Mumbai police.
If Rhea is innocent, why has she been hiding from us? Why is she only cooperating with the Mumbai police? Why is it that the Mumbai police are outraged every time they hear the name of Disha Salian?
The Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation has been on the lookout for the four police officers who arrived from Bihar for investigating the Sushant Singh case.

The Bihar police have alleged that everything has been happening on the directions of the Mumbai police. They don't want the Bihar police to investigate this case. Patna IG Sanjay Singh has written a letter to BMC commissioner Iqbal Singh Chahal in which he has requested them to release Vinay Tiwari. Bihar CM Nitish Kumar also said that quarantining the investigating officer wasn't right.
A team of Bihar Police officers have also been on the lookout for Rhea Chakarborty's creative content writer Sidharth Pithani. Two days ago, Siddharth had written an email to the Mumbai police in which he had alleged that Sushant's family members have been pressurizing him to record a statement with the authorities against Rhea.
