SSR Drug case: NCB arrests actor’s absconding friend Kunal Jani

Sushant Singh Rajput’s close friend hotelier Kunal Jani has been arrested by Narcotics Control Bureau in a drug case related to the actor’s death. Jani was absconding and was arrested on Thursday from Mumbai’s Khar area.
Last year, Jani along with Goa hotelier Gaurav Arya, whose name had surfaced in the several WhatsApp chats of Rhea Chakraborty was questioned by ED.

It's been more than a year since B’wood’s dashing actor Sushant Singh Rajput died by suicide. His death, which his fans claim was murder- not suicide led to the discovery of massive drug usage in the film industry. WhatsApp chats of Rhea Chakraborty were leaked which showed her and others' clear connections to narcotics, after which NCB was involved in the investigation.
The drug case has caused panic in film industry as several celebrities were accused and questioned during the investigation.
