People of Jalandhar (Punjab) is living in fear nowadays. In an interval of few weeks, approx 12 cases of stealing have been registered. What makes these cases unique is the way this crime is committed. As per locals, thieves throw letter before stealing from any house. And after committing the crime they leave a gratitude letter behind.
