Subramanian Swamy backs CBI on delay in Sushant's case says the agency wants to build a multi-dimensional case | Subramanian-Swamy,Vikas-Singh,Subramanian-Swamy-CBI-Delay- True Scoop

While the media is busy covering the NCB's busting the nexus of drug cartel and Bollywood, the echo of justice for Sushant has been getting derailed. Even the CBI has not made any revelation in Sushant Singh Rajput's case. Now Sushant's family lawyer Vikash Singh has expressed his irritation on the delay going on by the CBI in the actor's death case.

Vikash took to twitter and wrote, "Getting frustrated by the delay in CBI taking a decision to convert abetment to suicide to Murder of SSR. The Doctor who is part of the AIIMS team had told me long back that the photos sent by me indicated 200% that it’s death by strangulation and not suicide."

Responding to it BJP Rajya Sabha MP Subramanian Swamy came in support of the CBI. Swamy in an interview said that Vikash Singh is a very eminent lawyer and I have great respect for him. But when I called that Sushant was murdered he refused it and backed the abetment of suicide angle. However, he has finally understood it and calls Sushant's death a murder.

Swamy also said that Vikas is right, there are enough materials present that an FIR at least to be filed under Section 302 (murder). And there is a question that needs to be sorted out that the CBI is relying upon the autopsy report of the AIIMS. AIIMS say that we never got the body of Sushant therefore we are only in a position to say that murder is not ruled out whatever we have seen in the picture or the viscera. Now the CBI on the basis of circumstantial evidence brings it to an end, let there be an FIR on section 302, and see what evidence you can present in the court.

On Vikas Singh's accusation of delay, Swamy said that the Mumbai Police did nothing till 60 to 70 days after Sushant was murdered and then it was transferred to the CBI. Most of the evidence during those days was destroyed therefore the CBI now wants to build a multi-dimensional case involving murder, drugs, money, hence, it’s taking the time. But as far as I know, the autopsy analysis done by the AIIMS team has not ruled out the murder angle.
