Sulthan seems to exceed public expectations

Sulthan can be explained as a solid written and immensely satisfying movie.  A child, Sulthan who lost his mother was raised by a group of psycho head criminals. Sulthan which was played by Karthi feels a brotherly bond with those people but is not a fan of the type of violence they do. After the death of his father, he feels the responsibility of taking care of these 100 men. He rises to the occasion and decides to transform them into better human beings.

Hitting criminal mind and changing them is a nail-biting task but surprisingly the love those men have for Sulthan eased his task.

That one thing that is common in Tamil movies is the strong choice of music with hard action scenes here, all these factors are at high voltage. We action we see a classic masala developing in the story. Bakkiyaraj Kannan (the director) the two plot lines of action and masala in a very smart way and sets the mood for the rest of the movie, unlike his debut direction ‘Remo’ which was totally relying on star power. This movie seems to have a strong writing plot and is turning out to be a pleasant yet powerpack surprise for the audience.

The director has managed to spin an engaging storyboard taking two south pet topics of rowdy man and farming. For the fans wondering whether to watch it in theatre or not, Sulthan is definitely a theatre treat. All the slow-motion action drama will be missed if watched on OTT platforms.
