"Thank you all for the unconditional Love": Sushant's sister Priyanka Singh to challenge Bombay HC decision in Supreme Court

The Bombay High Court on Monday refused to quash the FIR against Priyanka Singh, sister of Sushant Singh Rajput. However, the court ordered the cancellation of the FIR lodged against the late actor's second sister Mitu Singh. On not canceling the FIR lodged against Priyanka, Sushant's family lawyer has said that now we will challenge the Bombay High Court order in the Supreme Court.

Madhav Thorat told Pinkvilla, "After reading the Bombay High Court order we will decide on which footing we should move and how soon we should knock the door of the Supreme Court. But, we will definitely go to the Supreme Court for Priyanka . "

Rhea Chakraborty's lawyer Satish Manashinde has welcomed the High Court's decision. He described it as the victory of Rhea Chakraborty's tears.

The FIR was registered on a complaint by actor Rhea  Chakraborty against the sisters and Dr. Tarun Kumar - an associate professor of cardiology from Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital, on September 7, 2020 under sections  420(cheating) and 306(abetment of suicide), under the Indian Penal Code, as well as offenses related to the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act  (NDPS). 

Now, Priyanka has shared a picture of her with Sushant and also expressed her gratitude to the Sushant Singh Rajput's fans. Priyanka wrote, "Thank you all for the unconditional Love & support in these unbearable & relentlessly trying times. Sushant, ma brother, you are much loved. Gratitude."
