Staff Selection Commission(SSC) released its tentative
calendar for the exams which will be held between April 2022 and June 2023. The Calendar is now
available on the official website of SSC, ssc.nic.in.
The calendar mentions various details related to exams
including the date of advertisement for the exams, last date for application,
and date of exams.
SSC (CGL) and SSC(CHSL)
As per the calendar, two of the biggest exams which
attract most of the applications including
Combined Graduate Level (CGL) and Combined Higher Secondary Level (CHSL) will have their
preliminary exams in April and May 2022 respectively.
Application Dates
The process of applications for CGL-2021 will commence
from December 23, 2021, and for CHSL-2021, the application
process will start from February 1, 2021. As of now, the dates for these exams have not been
released yet.
According to the calendar, the multi-tasking
(non-technical) staff examination-2021 (tier-I) will be held in June 2022
whereas Junior Hindi Translator, Junior Translator along with Senior Hindi
Translator Examination, 2021(Paper-I) will be conducted in December 2022.
The examinations for
Constables (GD) in Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs), NIA, SSF, and
Rifleman (GD) in Assam Rifles will be held in June 2023.
The Junior
Engineer (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, and Quantity Surveying &
Contracts) Examination, 2021 (Paper-I) will be held in March 2023.
Additionally, the examinations for sub-inspector in Delhi
Police and Central Armed Police Forces (2021) (Paper-I) will be held in
December 2022, whereas the Selection Post Examination, Phase-X, 2022 is to be
conducted in July 2022.
Likewise, the recruitment of Head Constable (Ministerial)
in Delhi Police Examination-2022 will take place in September 2022, whereas the
recruitment of MTS (Civilian) in Delhi Police Examination- 2022 will be held in
February 2023.
