The poor road conditions have caused a massive road accident in Jammu Kashmir Kishtwar district. Reportedly around 33 people are found dead and these numbers seem to increase as the officials are still working in to evacuate the Carcass.

Rescue teams are indulged and the injured are sent to hospitals for treatment. The bus was carrying passengers from Keshwan Village to Kishtwar town, during the journey the bus went out of control and fell into a deep gorge.

“Thirty-two people have died and 18 others were injured, while five of them are critical when a minibus bearing registration number JK 17/6787 met with an accident in Keshwan area Kishtwar district on Monday. The accident occurred near Sirgwari,” said Kishtwar deputy magistrate Angrez Singh Rana.

Seemingly the incidence of such assurances is not rare in this region, previously on June 27, 11 students were found dead in an accident in the Pir Ki Gali area in Jammu.

These incidents repeatedly happen due to the overload on the vehicles, poor conditions of the roads and over-speeding. It is always a risk in the hilly areas to over-speed the vehicle; it is as same as walking on the edge of a knife.

Mistake of one can cost many lives and we witness it in this incident.
