Henry Cavill starrer The Witcher Season 3 will be released on Netflix on June 29, with Volume 2, including the season's final three episodes, set for July 27. Notably, it is stated that The Witcher Season 3 Volume 1 will see Henry Cavill as Geralt, while Vol 2 i.e. in the finale, Liam Hemsworth will play the character. Notably, Henry Cavill had announced that he will no longer be part of The Witcher after reports surfaced that he will donning the character of Superman for DC once again. In fact, Cavill had made a guest appearance in DC's movie Black Adam in which he donned the red cloak again. Following Cavill's entry into Black Adam, it was highly expected that the actor will return as Superman. However, DC Studio Chief James Gunn took a u-turn when he stated that Cavill will no longer play Superman for DC.
