Three arrested for SAD Youth Wing Leader Vicky Middukhera’s murder

Delhi Police has arrested three persons in Akali Dal leader Vicky Middukhera’s murder case, Vicky was shot dead in Mohali on August 7 last year

Delhi police‘s operation cell has arrested three persons for Killing the SAD youth wing leader and four-year president of the Students Organization of India, Vicky Middukhera. The three have been identified as Anil Lath, Sajan alian Bholu, Sunny.

Vicky was shot dead by four persons in Mohali on August 7. four armed men fired around ten bullets at the young leader in the Mataur market before fleeing the scene.
 
The activist tried to escape the scene as two youths opened fire on him, but the attackers began firing more bullets.
 
The crime took place at Sector 71 of Mohali. Middukhera was taken to Sector 71's IVY hospital in a PCR van but was pronounced dead.
 
Vicky had left his home in SUV and went to meet his friend near a property consultant’s office in Mataur Market and was gunned down a few minutes later he reached there.

The Bambiha Group took to Facebook and posted information regarding the protest of their group members. They are feared for the killing of their members in an encounter. The family of the victim said that it is yet to get the official information regarding the matter.

Who was Vicky Middukhera?
 
Vicky Middukhera was a SAD youth wing leader and four-year president of the Students Organization of India (SOI) at Panjab University.
 
SAD head Sukhbir Singh Badal had appointed him president of the SOI's Chandigarh unit after his tremendous appeal among the youth. He aggressively campaigned for the SAD in the state's Assembly and parliamentary elections
