Two cases filed against Kangana Ranaut in Bihar for laughing on a meme targeting RLSP President Upendra Kushwaha

Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut's  troubles does not seem to be getting any less. Now two more cases have been filed against the actress in Bihar. A case was filed on Thursday in Patna court against Kangana for objectionable comments on Rashtriya Lok Samata Party (RLSP) national President Upendra Kushwaha. This case has been done by state general secretary Vinay Kushwaha. At the same time, another case has has been filed against Kangana on this case in Gaya.

The complaint states that Kangana Ranaut shared a post on social media on December 3. The post shared by Kangana has humiliated and defamed the honor of the party President Upendra Kushwaha. This is quite embarrassing. Such a comment is a matter of grave concern in the country, society and politics.Kangana has been sued for this post.

Going by report of OpIndia, the complaint against Kangana has been filed because she laughed a meme that involved a picture of RLSP leader Upendra Kushwaha.

"It's a crime to make derogatory comments against any leader. So, we've asked court to take cognizance of our complaint," says Shambhu Prasad, Lawyer.
