State Council of Educational Research and Training under the guidance of Education Minister Harjot Singh Bains and Director General School Education Punjab Pradeep Kumar is going to organize a State Level Role Play and Folk Dance Competition under the National Population Education Program at Gurusar Sudhar Village, Ludhiana on 11 October.

It is being organized at Guru Hari Gobind Khalsa College and Guru Hari Gobind Khalsa College of Education in Gurusar Sudhar district Ludhiana.

Giving information in this regard, Director S.C.E.R.T. Punjab Dr. Maninder Singh Sarkaria said that all preparations have been made for these state-level competitions sponsored by the National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi.

In these competitions, only the first winning teams of the competitions already organized at the district level will participate and in this regard, the District Education Officer of the respective districts will be required to report with the team's guide teacher at the designated place before time.

Giving more details, Sushil Bhardwaj, State Nodal Officer, National Population Education Programme, Department of School Education, Punjab said that these competitions are being closely monitored by the National Council of Educational Research and Training, New Delhi.

The teams participating in the final competition of role play will reach Guru Hari Gobind Khalsa College of Education Gurusar Sudhar (Ludhiana) as per schedule.

The teams participating in the folk dance competition will reach Guru Har Gobind Khalsa College and perform as per the schedule.

Assistant Nodal Officer Pradeep Chhabra was also present on the occasion. He said that the teams participating in the state-level competitions should ensure that they reach the competition venue on time.

The results of the competitions will be announced on the same day and the winning teams will be awarded with cash prizes.
