Only, a maximum of 200 students can attend the class at any given time.

Classes will be held in a phased manner to avoid crowding on campuses.

Last week, the Uttar Pradesh government had released guidelines for reopening of schools and universities under which all students will have to wear masks, use hand sanitizers and maintain social distancing to prevent the spread of the virus.

The universities and colleges have to prepare for thermal scanning and hand wash for students and staff.

Vice-chancellors and principals of the educational institutes have been asked to lay down standard operating procedures (SOPs) for the daily function of the institutions.

At the entry points of colleges overcrowding of students must be avoided and that the authorities should watch that students enter through a disciplined line.

In the classroom, students will be required to sit at a six feet distance and they will not be allowed to share books, notes and laptops.
