UPSC Prelims 2021: Admit Card released, check details here

UPSC Civil Services Prelims 2021 Admit Card has been released. Candidates can download the admit card through the official website – upsc.gov.in.

The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has released the UPSC Civil Service Prelims 2021 admit card on Thursday (September 16, 2021). Interested candidates may download the admit card through the official website of commission – upsc.gov.in. The last date to download the admit card is October 10, 2021. 

As per the latest notification released by the UPSC, the UPSC Prelims examination would be conducted on October 10, 2021, which was earlier scheduled on June 27, 2021 but was postponed due to the global pandemic.

UPSC Prelims 2021: How to download?

Interested candidates may download the admit card by following the below-mentioned steps:

Step 1: Visit the official website of the commission – upsc.gov.in.

Step 2: Go to the Latest Announcement section displayed on the homepage.

Step 3: Now select the option of Roll Number or Registration Number.

Step 4: Login by entering all the required details.

Step 5: Admit card will appear on the screen, check it

Step 6: Download and take a printout for future reference.

The Commission has said that the candidate must have their admit card (print out) along with the (original) Photo Identity Card, whose number is mentioned in the admit card, to enter the examination hall.

It added and informed that entry into the examination venue will be closed 10 minutes before the scheduled commencement of the examination i.e. 09:20 AM for the morning session and 02:20 PM for the afternoon session. No candidate shall be allowed entry into the Examination Venue after closure of the entry

Candidates are advised to enter the Examination Venue well in time for frisking. Candidates should note that they shall not be allowed to appear at any other Examination Venue except the Examination Venue mentioned in the e-Admit Card.
