In the recent development in the Vicky Middukhera murder case, it has been found that a famous Punjabi singer’s manager is under the lens of the Police.
The crime took place at Sector 71 of Mohali on September 2021 when four assailants fired around ten bullets at the young leader in the Mataur market before fleeing the scene. The four assailants were with Shagundeep at a flat in a Kharar housing society. Ajaypal Middukhera, brother of the deceased said that the police is investigating if the singer was also involved in the case or not.
“Shagundeep was the manager of the singer. His involvement has been ascertained in the case. Police is further investigating the matter,” said SSP Vivek Sheel Soni.
“The police will confirm soon whether the singer was also involved in the case or not,” added SSP.
Who was Vicky Middukhera?
Vicky Midukhera was a SAD youth wing leader and four-year president of the Students Organization of India (SOI) at Panjab University.
SAD head Sukhbir Singh Badal had appointed him president of the SOI's Chandigarh unit after his tremendous appeal among the youth. He aggressively campaigned for the SAD in the state's Assembly and parliamentary elections.
He had been married for two years and was friends with several Punjab and Haryana MLAs, as well as some Punjabi singers.
