Punjab’s Jalandhar has been witnessing a rise in criminal activity, even in the posh and well-secured areas of the city. Recently, a video has surfaced which showing mob violence in the poshest area of Jalandhar, Model Town. A man in Model Town could be seen getting brutally beaten by a mob.
In the video, the man can be seen attacked by multiple individuals, some of whom are even armed with rods. The man being attacked manages to escape by getting in a car. Several of the mob also enter the car with him.
Despite the video circulating, no official complaint has been lodged to the police. Currently, no information is available about the attackers or the victim.
